Nana’s Busy Hands

Nana's Busy Hands, owned by Missy Timmons, is a full-service florist offering fresh and faux floral arrangements, beautiful home décor, vintage treasures, and one-of-a-kind gifts. The shop is especially known for its meaningful memorial gifts that help families honor and remember loved ones.

But there's so much more to this little shop than flowers and gifts!

After losing her husband, Darren, to COVID in January 2021, Missy opened Nana's Busy Hands as a way to stay mentally and physically grounded while navigating her own grief. Today, she finds joy and purpose in encouraging others, especially those walking through difficult seasons.

"This is my hometown," Missy shares. "I love seeing people and being able to comfort them when they come in at their darkest times."

Alongside Maggie Evans and Daphne Ray, Missy has created a place where customers are treated like family. In fact, the ladies joke, "You're guaranteed when you come in to be related to one of us!"

Their mission is simple: that everyone who walks through the door leaves encouraged, perhaps having heard a testimony of God's faithfulness. And as they lovingly say, "Tears are welcome."
