Located at 110 W. Broad Street (second building back from the street), The Corner Scoop is owned and operated by Valeria Cooper and her three daughters, Liberty, Destiny, and Wy'ne.

Established in September 2025, they're known for food that's fresh, made to order, and made with love!

Their burgers are a favorite, and those delicious wings have been known to SELL OUT, so don't wait too late! With delicious Blue Bell ice cream for dessert, you'll leave satisfied.

For Valeria, owning a business in Hemingway is about more than serving good food. She and her daughters love seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, and sending customers away with full tummies and happy hearts.
